The frame is in Scotch Brite stainless steel and the deep‐formed GN 2/3 bath in 316L AISI stainless steel with smooth edges. Safety thermostat (135 °C). Built‐in water charge/discharge system. Adjustable feet. Heating is performed by revolving heating elements made of CRONIFER encapsulated heating elements that can be lifted for a better cleaning. Lifter with programmable controller. One bath and one lifter on the right side. Two GN 1/3 baskets are included.
